48-hour notice minimum to cancel or change

Fee for late cancellations/changes: $125. regular session ($65. for consults)

Monday appointments: Please cancel by 5:00 PM the Friday before

Exceptions? I can sometimes make an exception for sickness (yours or your children’s) or major emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
(Note: Although I’m asking you for a bare minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a late-cancellation fee, what I would like ideally is a full weeks notice to change or cancel. Because even with a full 48-hours notice it can still be difficult to fill an opening.)
