Is There A Faster Way To Heal And Fully Recover From Injuries And Find Lasting Relief From Pain?
Take a look at what I propose is a more sensible, gentler alternative to the rushed and often impersonal “standard approach” to injuries and pain…
See what others have had to say in their Success Stories – And decide for yourself if it seems reasonable.
I’m confident you’ll agree the key to a faster, permanent recovery is to treat your injury on TWO levels at once.
(Since all injuries and most pain problems happen and persist on two different levels.)
Two Places You Can Get Profoundly “Stuck” In Your Rehab And Two Therapies To Help Ease You Through Them
1 – Physically, in your tissues: An injury to your muscles and tendons can literally cause them to get stuck – Glued together within themselves and to each other, because of Scar Tissue [More about the Therapy to help your Muscles and Tendons Heal]…
2 – And “Functionally,” in your Nervous System: At the same time your muscles get damaged and weakened, your brain starts using other muscles to compensate, and it can get stuck in that compensation pattern indefinitely, (and increasingly painfully) which is a lot like a bad habit you can’t seem to break – [More about the Therapy to help you clear your compensations and regain your strength]
Soft Tissue Release: Faster Muscle & Tendon Healing By Freeing Up Scar Tissue
If you have an injury involving the tearing of your muscles or other tissues, that injury is going to get repaired with scar tissue.
And this process is usually quite messy and excessive – Even under the best of circumstances…
Even when you’re stretching, exercising and getting Physical Therapy and standard massage…
You can still end up with muscles and or tendons that feel very tight, restricted, painful and stubbornly resistant to your efforts to get them back to normal.
Still stuck – Literally, because of that excessive Scar Tissue.
Soft Tissue Release is the therapy method I use to help free your muscles and tendons from all that Scar Tissue stickiness.
You get simultaneous pressure, friction and a great-feeling stretch. (See the photo above where I’m pressing on the calf as I stretch it.)
It often feels fantastic and it releases those Scar Tissue restrictions like nothing else.
What you experience is:
Your muscles feel freer and looser – You get an immediate sense of increased flexibility (in a way that tends to last unlike getting a regular massage that just “wears off” after a few hours),
You often get some immediate relief from the pain…
Especially from problems like Tennis Elbow, Tendonitis, and Rotator Cuff injuries – (Which all tend to have a lot of Scar Tissue or other restrictions that Soft Tissue Release excels at freeing up!)

Neuromuscular Retraining: Faster Rehab By Clearing Away Compensations
The second level of an injury or pain pattern is the bigger challenge, because it’s not actually there in your muscles…
When you injure a muscle it weakens it, and your brain starts using other muscles to compensate.
The “catch” is that once this compensation pattern forms, it can become your “new normal” way of doing something and it can persist indefinitely, in spite of all your efforts.
It’s “programmed in” to your Nervous System – and treating your muscles all the usual ways often has little or no effect on it.
It becomes this mystifying pattern of weakness, tension, aches and pains that often feel like an “Invisible Wall” you can’t seem to get over in your rehab efforts.
Neuromuscular Retraining can help resolve this, not by trying to “plow” through this invisible wall – but by patiently “showing” your Nervous System that all its compensations are no longer necessary – (That there is no wall.)
It uses a precise and gentle system of muscle testing to help your brain remember how to coordinate and reconnect with each muscle that has been weakened by injury or repetitive overuse fatigue.
What you experience is:
A sudden increase of coordination and strength in muscles that have resisted your strengthening efforts,
A decrease and later disappearance of all your strange compensation tension,
And the end of your aches and pain (Your muscles working properly again!)
