Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Upper extremity cases only please – I’m only accepting shoulder, elbow and hand cases, which include Rotator Cuff problems / shoulder pain, Tennis Elbow, Golfer’s Elbow and wrist/thumb/finger issues. Sorry, no back/neck pain, hip or lower body cases.
- The initial treatment is $300. (55 min.) and must be prepaid by credit card.

- Standard follow-up treatments are $250. (45 min.)
- Personal checks accepted for follow ups (No business checks, please)
