Cancellation Policy – 48 Hour Minimum
To change or cancel an appointment please call (415) 388-1001
- Minimum 48-hour notice to change or cancel
- Please don’t use EMAIL to cancel – It’s unreliable (See below)
- Fee for late cancellations is the full fee: Initial session: $250. Regular session: $200. Consults: $80.
Exceptions? I will gladly make an exception for illness. Please cancel if you are sick with even a head cold. Other exceptions, such as for major emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION BY EMAIL WARNING: IF you email instead of calling and I don’t receive your email, you assume full responsibility for the cancellation fee – regardless of when you sent the email – even weeks ahead of time.
(If you choose to email me to cancel or reschedule, make sure you do so well in advance of the 48-hour minimum – AND that you get a response from me. No response = No cancellation.)
